Gold Medals and Best of Class for local Winery

Sky River Meadery was honored to receive Two Gold medals and a medal for Best of Class in the Los Angeles International Wine Competition.

Sky River Meadery, is a small family winery, in the small town of Sultan Washington. While the Washington grape wine community has been growing by leaps and bounds, Sky River Meadery has focused on the ancient wine tradition of making wine from honey. Their meads are designed to be lighter, dryer and fruitier than tradition has dictated, with the intention of making the meads table friendly. This singular focus on producing beautiful honeywines is paying off, as the international wine community has recognized Sky River Meads with such high marks. See Full Press Release
